Miretoka Candy Storm starts with a loading screen and then leads to the main menu. This screen displays the game’s logo along with options such as Start, Settings, Shop, and Info, while also showing the current total of gathered units. Settings opens a dialog where the player can adjust sound and music levels. The Info section reveals a window that explains the rules and how the gameplay works. Before a round begins, Start leads the player to a setup step where a difficulty level is selected from three options and a specific stage is chosen.

During gameplay, the active screen presents a field containing between three and ten vials. Each vial holds four to six candies in different colors. The player moves candies between these vials according to the rules, aiming to arrange them so that every vial contains candies of only one color. As new stages are reached, the challenge grows by introducing more colors and increasing the total number of candies that need to be sorted.

The Shop screen is dedicated to exchanging gathered units for a time booster used during play. If there are not enough units for this exchange, a warning window appears and informs the player about the shortage. Once the session ends, a final dialog box appears and displays a message confirming that the active phase is over.
